We have run this scheme for some years and we are pleased with the success achieved at nurturing fresh talent into qualified and motivated financial consultants.
Training Competency schemes
Employees are supported with obtaining qualifications for the roles they are in, such as CII Certification, and they have training plans – for both personal ambition and professional competency.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Qualified staff are encouraged to continually update their skills and technical knowledge; and, across the company, we review and refine our research and due diligence processes to ensure our clients always benefit from relevant, quality-driven advice.
